Nous offrons des espaces de reconnexion à soi et de libération intérieure à travers des pratiques simples, accessibles et profondément transformatrices.
Le yoga, ouvert à tous les niveaux, permet de revenir au corps et à la respiration. La méditation de pleine conscience invite à habiter l’instant présent avec clarté et douceur. Le breathwork psychodynamique ouvre un chemin de libération émotionnelle par la respiration consciente. La danse extatique permet, elle, de relâcher les tensions, d’exprimer l’élan vital et de retrouver la joie d’être en mouvement.
Ces pratiques sont proposées à travers nos Ateliers LÂCHE TOUT — des expériences immersives de 2h30 que nous animons en festivals, en entreprises, en campings et en lieux de retraite. À travers elles, nous guidons chacun·e vers plus de présence, d’alignement et de liberté intérieure.

Teachers passionate about well-being and balance, having spent several years exploring the practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation, Pilates, and Ayurveda. We combine our diverse skills to offer a comprehensive approach tailored to each individual, combining movement, breathing, energy balance, and mind-body awareness.
Certified yoga teachers by the Himalayan Yoga School in India, we adapt to all audiences and also offer private classes to meet the specific needs of each individual. Our goal is to guide you toward greater harmony, strength, and serenity, while respecting your pace and aspirations.

Samuel Harvey
Samuel Harvey, founder of Breathe Through the Nose, an online wellness education platform, is a Health and Wellness Coach specializing in depression, burnout, stress and anxiety management, life balance, and relationship improvement.
A graduate of the Himalayan School of Yoga in Rishikesh, he developed the 7 Pillars Method, a coaching program structured around the seven essential dimensions of existence (physical, nutritional, financial, intellectual, relational, emotional, spiritual).
His therapeutic approach combines:

Humanistic and holistic approach
Yoga, breathwork, meditation and life structure
Samuel guides his students through breathwork, meditation, and powerful coaching tools, enabling them to regain control of their lives, make aligned choices, and achieve lasting well-being.

Lauren Ribes
Yoga & Holistic Wellness Teacher
Passionate about well-being in all its forms, Lauren Ribes has been exploring the links between yoga, Ayurveda, nutrition, astrology, and tarot for years.
A graduate of the Himalayan Yoga School in Rishikesh, India, she integrates these disciplines into her teaching to offer a holistic and intuitive approach to yoga.
Through her classes, Lauren guides her students toward a deep listening of the body and mind, combining fluid movement, breathing, and mindfulness. She structures her sessions by adapting to her audience, in order to meet each student's specific needs.
She also practices and integrates Pilates and muscle strengthening into her teaching methods to develop strength, balance, and lasting physical well-being. Her goal? To help you regain balance, vitality, and inner connection, in harmony with your unique nature.
